


Well, here we go January and February.....time for a good look at this overweight body and do something about it, so Ray and I are taking advantage of our free 24 Hour Fitness membership (through our insurance company) and I have to say I am loving it. We go 5-6 days a week and are finally starting to feel like we aren't going to pass out after some exertion anymore. I have to keep varying my workouts so I don't get bored. Several years ago I used to be really into aerobics and racquetball but once you slow down with it, it's so very easy to get lost in everyday life and drop it altogether - and that's exactly what happened. Time to make a new start, however I'm not thinking I can do the same things I did 15 years ago (it's that AGE thing, ya know!) PLUS - I am presently dealing with those infamous "POWER SURGES" - some of you may know these as hot flashes!!!! When will they ever end????
